Danielle Strasburger
Danielle Strasburger is a Senior Associate at New Heights Communications with a background in grassroots organizing and progressive non-profits. After graduating from Harvard magna cum laude with a BA in Social Studies, Danielle worked for a non-profit in Peru providing after-school enrichment for girls. She then returned to the US to co-found Bluebonnet Data, a 501(c)(4) that places young people with technical skills on progressive campaigns to serve as volunteer data analysts. She also served as the campaign manager of Harvard Forward, an alumni campaign to elect recent graduates to Harvard’s board on a platform of climate action, racial justice, and inclusive governance. Her candidates were the first petition candidates elected since Archbishop Tutu in 1989, and the campaign garnered coverage in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and more.
Fun Fact: Danielle inherited her wanderlust from a line of women who have emigrated with each generation, from India to Tanzania to England to Texas. She’s taking recommendations for her shortlist.
