Who is New Heights? On paper, we’re a woman-owned, mission-driven strategy and communications firm, based in Washington, DC with team members across the country. In practice, we are a team that has intentionally built a workplace where our expertise is stronger because our people bring their multifaceted identities to work. Half of us are women of color, many of us are moms (some human-moms, some dog/cat/gecko-moms), and 100% of us are book nerds.
Founded in 2010, we combine sharp, evidence-based strategy with the empathy and authenticity that grows from an inclusive culture – and a peerless ability to generate impactful results. With decades of experience shaping messaging and generating headlines for organizations, leaders, and coalitions, we know how to take your communications goals to the next level.
