Promise Pitman, Senior Associate, is passionate about using communications to drive meaningful change. Originally from Texas, where her family settled after immigrating from Mexico, she brings a personal connection to her work with clients like United We Dream and MOVE Texas, helping to uplift immigrant stories and the power of youth-led advocacy. At New Heights, she also supports organizations like United States of Care and the Washington Center for Equitable Growth, crafting compelling narratives that secure media coverage and advance a more just future for all. 

Promise began at New Heights as an intern, refining her skills in strategic communications and press relations. Previously, she gained social media and communications experience with Instinctif Partners in London, Candid, and The Kennedy Center. She holds a BA in Journalism and Economics from American University in Washington, D.C., where she now lives.
