Meet Paris

Paris Kissel is a Director at New Heights Communications. She is a passionate communicator and media savant with a wide-ranging background in media relations, social media and human rights advocacy. Paris works closely with nonprofits, foundations, coalitions and initiatives looking to break through the hectic media landscape and to create a narrative fitting of national media outlets and global attention.

Paris currently resides in Bogota, Colombia with her two dogs, Charley and Mulaney.

Paris Kissel

Paris has secured media placement in top-tier publications and has established effective working relationships with reporters across the globe. She has overseen accounts spanning from international government’s human rights commissions to national nonprofits, such as the Alzheimer’s Association. Paris is persistent when it comes to developing pitches, finding narratives in the media and conducting reporter outreach. She has worked at agencies creating change within the Beltway and internationally, such as Spitfire, Levick and Qorvis.

Paris is a published advocate for LGBTQIA+, domestic violence and mental health issues. Paris is a first-generation college graduate, completing her degree summa cum laude with a B.A. in mass communications and media studies and minors in English and organizational leadership from Arizona State University.

Fun Fact: Paris found her passion for communicating by calling in customers to play the skeeball on her family’s carnival.
