Meet Santiago

Santiago is a Senior Associate at New Heights and a passionate community builder committed to developing narrative change for organizations in the movement. Prior to joining New Heights, Santiago was an Associate at Conexion Public Engagement and a consultant at Fireside Campaigns, where he worked on issue advocacy campaigns for environmental justice and anti-poverty efforts. As a community organizer for Engage Miami, he learned the value of storytelling in advocating on issues including police divestment. Raised in Florida, Santiago received a dual Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from Florida International University.

Fun Fact: In his free time Santiago likes to cook and write fiction.
